Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support clients across Sicklerville and surrounding areas. The BT/RBT will implement the Individual Support Plan under supervision and contribute to insurance funded cases or districts.

After training, BT/RBTs will be assigned permanent placements. The role offers flexible scheduling with 1:1 and group settings, opportunities to work in schools, clinics, homes, and community environments, and a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Credential.
• 1 year minimum working with children.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes
