Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Capitol Heights, Maryland, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through ABA and play-based sessions under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, help clients build communication and daily living skills, and coordinate with families. The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, afternoon/evening availability, and completion of the 40-hour RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course is required prior to a job offer.
• Active RBT certification is preferred (must obtain within 90 days).
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
