Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is hiring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy across multiple settings. Starting pay is $23.50/hr for RBT and $21.25/hr for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement are provided through our ABA Academy of Excellence. RBT certification is required eventually; we’ll support you through training to pass the BACB

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
