Childwise ABA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy for children with autism. You will collect data, implement BCBA-designed plans, and support daily living activities in a compassionate clinical setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on behavioral interventions, patient progress documentation, and collaboration with BCBAs. Part-time, 15–20 hours weekly, with competitive hourly pay in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility required
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively
