Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home and community settings. This part-time role offers flexibility, paid training, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

You’ll work as part of a clinical team, deliver evidence-based ABA interventions, and help families implement skill-building plans. Training and supervision are provided to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support learning outside sessions.
