BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in their homes or community settings. This part-time in-home role offers opportunities to deliver evidence-based ABA services and contribute to clients’ independence and growth.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, implement care plans, and maintain accurate session data while collaborating with families to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and empathy in challenging situations.
• Commitment to a six-month role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately.
