Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans as part of our clinical team and record data accurately to support progress.

No prior certification? We offer training to earn your RBT certification and ongoing support from experienced staff as you begin services with our clients who have Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidate must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
