Job summary

Attentive Autism Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help children develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive setting.

This part-time, in-person role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to collaborate with BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Background check and screenings completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and communication development.
• Accurately record data during therapy sessions to track progress and assist in the evaluation of treatment plans.
• Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
