Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for in-home ABA therapy in Centralia, IL. This part-time role runs 9a-3p with a focus on delivering individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate has an RBT certification (preferred), a bachelor's degree (preferred), and at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth in homes or community settings.
• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor and report progress to supervisor.
• Support communication, self-help, social skills goals.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
