Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Centralia, IL is seeking a part-time RBT or someone interested in becoming an RBT to provide in-home ABA services, Monday through Friday from 9a to 3p.

Ideal candidate is willing to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and helps track client progress while maintaining confidentiality and quality of care. Part-time medical benefits may be available to those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home or community setting.
• Implement goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
