Heartland ABA seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving individual goals through ABA services. You will work in clients’ homes or community settings, delivering one-on-one interventions and contributing to skill-building plans as part of a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and a calm demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of a clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
