Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

We offer same day pay, flexible part-time positions, and opportunities for career advancement through BCBA schooling programs. No minimum case requirements and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, executing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
