Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri invites motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our in-home ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, paid training, same-day pay, and opportunities for advancement. A minimum six-month commitment is encouraged, with the chance to grow as you gain experience and BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to change our clients lives.
• Great fit if you have experience in education or early childhood development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
