Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA services in Steelville, MO. The role supports clients in achieving individualized goals with one-on-one ABA interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to commit to 6 months.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
