Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home ABA services. This part-time position supports clients in achieving personal goals and improving daily living skills.

You will provide direct ABA intervention, record progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to adapt plans. Paid training is provided; experience in ABA or related fields is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building plans.
