heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings in Ohio. This part-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling, immediate pay options, and ongoing training in ABA practices.

You will work under a clinical team to deliver one-on-one ABA services, document progress, and collaborate with families to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain calm in challenging situations are essential.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
