Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school or community settings. Part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress. Preferred candidates hold an active RBT certification, experience with ABA or related fields, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred),

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
