Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will receive ongoing mentorship and hands-on training to support meaningful progress for the families we serve.

This role offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and a quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation; willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and move between sitting/standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
