• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy for children in education, childcare or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
