Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team supporting children with Autism. This role offers part-time hours, flexible schedules, and a chance to make a long-term impact with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, document progress, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Training is provided, and immediate pay options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 6-month period.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Implement skill building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
