Job summary

Harbor, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join the Port Sylvania ABA Clinic in Toledo, Ohio. The role provides CPST/TBS services to clients with mental health needs and requires completing an RBT program and state certification as applicable.

The schedule is part-time, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 35 hours per week. Candidates must meet education/experience requirements and obtain required certifications within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral/mental health field, or a minimum of a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must complete RBT training course within 60 days of hire.
• Must pass examination for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 6 months of hire.
• Must be proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI/NCI Certifications required within 90 days of employment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance.
• CPST/TBS certifications as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and completeness of clinical records.
• Develop and update ISP for each client with supervisor input.
• Document activities, progress notes, ISPs, DPS logs and related forms.
• Provide billable services and meet unit expectations.
• Deliver CPST/TBS, day treatment, and other services as needed at community locations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology
