Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear path to growth as the caseload expands.

You'll work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, use ABA-based strategies, track progress, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
