Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This role is part-time with a path to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is expected; experience in ABA, childcare, education, or psychology is valued.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
