Job summary

heartlandbehavior is actively seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Des Moines, IA, providing one-on-one ABA services in clients\' homes and community settings. We offer part-time roles with immediate access to a portion of your paycheck after clocking in, along with ongoing training and support.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record data, and engage families to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
