All positions start part-time with opportunities for professional growth, flexible scheduling, and pathways to BCBA-level advancement. Training is provided to new staff to ensure success and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
