Job summary

BK Behavior in Des Moines, IA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families as part of the clinical team.
