Job summary

heartlandbehavior in Nebraska is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours, same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training and advancement with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with families.
