Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for part-time in-home ABA services. We offer flexible hours, same-day pay, and opportunities for fellowship and internship hours to build experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Join a robust clinical team and contribute to meaningful progress in our clients’ lives. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to ensure continuity of care and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
