Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Missouri. Positions begin as part-time roles with a six-month commitment, offering flexible hours and the potential for long-term growth in the ABA field.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, recording session data, and collaborating with our clinical team to support each client’s goals. Training is provided; same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
