Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Ohio is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services to clients in home or community settings and help them achieve meaningful goals.

The role offers part-time hours with Same Day Pay option and opportunities for training and advancement within our clinical team. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before starting.
• Willingness to learn and patient with children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
