Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is looking for an enthusiastic RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and career advancement opportunities.

You'll implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, paid holidays, and benefits are included for full-time staff as roles expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
