PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and related needs. This part‑time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands‑on training in ABA. You’ll work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings while building skills toward future leadership within the field.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
