Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

Travel to client locations with supportive coaching and mentorship from the PBS team. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
