Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Villa Rica, GA, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role with a 3pm–5:30pm schedule. You will provide direct client care under a BCBA-approved plan, in both one-on-one and group settings.

You will collect data, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and other professionals. RBT certification is required; ABA knowledge is a plus. HIPAA compliance and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per BCBA plan.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Take direction from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training on guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments daily and follow billing/payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Communicate progress to clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
