Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Iowa seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each child’s goals.

All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. No experience? Paid training is provided. We offer flexibility and a supportive team, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience in ABA care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
