Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will work under supervision, collecting data and implementing behavior plans while helping families with strategies and progress updates.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, and hands-on training from experienced BCBAs in a supportive environment in Sayreville, NJ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
