Job summary

BK Behavior in Colorado seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites. You will record data and implement skill-building plans while collaborating with a clinical team.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive clinical team. RBT certification and a high school diploma are required to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
