Job summary

BK Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and working closely with our clinical team.

Candidates should hold an RBT certification (required before working) and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a patient, compassionate, and calm approach. Paid training and flexible part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data on electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
