BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in home and community settings. This is a part-time role with paid training and opportunities for career advancement within the thriving ABA field.

As part of our clinical team, you will provide one-on-one ABA services, document session data, and collaborate with families to help clients achieve their goals. A calm, compassionate demeanor is essential, and a six-month commitment is valued.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
