Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording progress data.

A commitment to compassionate, patient care and collaboration with a clinical team is essential. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement through BCBA program partnerships, and flexible part-time schedules with the benefit of Same Day Pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
