Job summary

Heartland ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team, delivering one-on-one services to children in their homes or community settings. You will collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to support clients in achieving their goals.

All positions start part-time with flexible schedules, same-day pay after clock-in/out, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
