Job summary

Heartland ABA-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help children reach their individual goals in home or community settings. Provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building and care plans, accurately record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team that offers strong support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification required before working.
Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor.
Experience with Autism and ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
Implement skill-building and care plans with fidelity.
Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment for families.
