Job summary

Butterfly Effects is hiring part-time Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in Tucson, AZ. Sessions run after school hours, 3pm-7pm, Monday through Friday, with 9-15 hours weekly and compensation based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, observing progress, managing behaviors, and documenting data. Growth opportunities toward RBT and BCBA are available with financial support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a company background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tablet or Laptop required for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, therapists, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection online.
• Active participation in ongoing training programs.
