Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri (Galena) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans under supervision, collecting session data and supporting families.

The role emphasizes earning your RBT certification with our training support. This position offers flexible hours and meaningful, hands-on clinical work with a strong team dedicated to client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
