Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support families.

We offer paid training to earn RBT certification, opportunities for growth, and flexible scheduling. Candidates must obtain RBT certification; prior experience is not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
