ABC Pathways, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support therapy for children with autism and related disorders. The role involves implementing intervention plans created by a BCBA, collecting data, and tracking progress in a compassionate, family-centered setting.

Hours are typically 20 per week with potential to grow to 40 as opportunities arise. A high school diploma is required and reliable transportation is necessary to service multiple clients.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly dependable and organized with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields) preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
