Job summary

Already Autism Health in Hampton, GA is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children. The role is part-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and afternoon hours, and offers starting pay of $25/hour based on experience.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in clinic, home, and community settings as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record clinical data accurately using CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate progress to supervising BCBA and families.
