Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA services across Iowa. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within a supportive clinical team. You will deliver one-on-one interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to help children achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
