Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You will join a supportive clinical team, document session data, and help families achieve meaningful goals. Most positions start part-time with a six-month commitment, and RBT certification is required before working.

We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for fellowship and internship hours to build experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
