Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, track progress, and work with a supportive clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

A strong candidate will be patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, with an RBT certification and a high school diploma. Paid training is provided and hours are flexible to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Contribute to treatment plans and collaborate with the clinical team.
